With five different styles of bedrooms, it is the largest in the Eclectic group – which also owns Great John Street boutique hotel, Didsbury House Hotel, and Eleven Didsbury Park, plus the On The 7th Members’ Club bar at MediaCityUK.
The building stands in the centre of Manchester’s Upper King Street Conservation Area, at 8-10 Booth Street, with views over Manchester town hall and north to Piccadilly. On the ground floor next to the reception is the King Street Tavern bar – finished in dark wood, red leather, and a beehive-style tiled floor – plus a luxurious Tiffany’s Lounge tearoom, which continues up a spiral staircase onto a mezzanine level. The venue has a wedding license, and has two extensive private hire rooms on the first and sixth floors for special events and functions – one, which can also be used for meetings and conferences, accommodating up to 40 guests while the sixth floor can hold up to 150 guests.
