It is essential that our products are commissioned and serviced by Flowtech Water Solutions trained engineers. This ensures you get the best from your equipment. Once we have commissioned a unit, it comes with an enhanced warranty package that gives you even greater peace of mind. We also offer service contracts to ensure that your equipment is fully maintained, extending the life of the unit. To request an engineer to attend site and commission your equipment please complete the following details.

Work will not be arranged until this form has been completed, signed and returned. Please note, Should we find that the unit(s) are not ready/unavailable/ on the agreed date/ or previously unadvised site inductions are required, we reserve the right to charge for unexpected down time / waiting time or an aborted visit fee. For each site visit, this form will need to be completed in full and include an official order number at least 7 days prior to the intended visit date. We will then contact you to confirm availability.

Pre-Commissioning Checks By Customer

In order for our service engineer to correctly commission the above equipment, please confirm the boxes below as appropriate

Is the pipe work to and from the unit complete c/w isolation valves? *

Is the mains water supply permanently connected? *

Is the equipment fitted in accordance with Flowtech Water Solutions manual? *

Please advise if site specific RAMS are required prior to engineers visit? *

Are the tank float switches / monitoring sensors installed in the tank(s) and wired back to the water booster set / control panel in accordance with the instruction manual provided. *

Are circulating pumps/Boilers/Chillers are ready for use and available to heat/cool system when P/U switched on *

All personnel to work in accordance with site operating procedures document complied by The Construction Leadership Council. *

Is the electrical mains supply to the unit permanently connected? *

The working area to be occupied by the Flowtech Water Solutions Engineer Only. No other persons or trades to be within 2m of the work area. Under no circumstances will work commence unless the working area is occupied exclusively by the Flowtech Water Solutions Only. If these terms are not in place and/or adhered to for the duration of the works, Flowtech Water Solutions Engineers have been instructed to leave site in which case an aborted visit will be levied.
