Flowvess HWF-V Expansion Vessel
The Flowvess HWF-V range are designed for high pressure use in sealed heating installations and chilled water installations. With a wide range of sizes from 100 to 1000 litres and a choice of pre-charge pressure and operating pressure. The Flowvess HWF-V diaphragm expansion vessels are made of top-quality steel and come with a high gloss epoxy coating. The two halves of the vessel are coated outside prior to assembly, not afterwards. That way they can’t rust on the clamp construction!
By rolling the diaphragm on and off it is never stretched and so provides the vessel with a longer life. Together with the clench ring this design offers a high quality and reliable product. The gas side is filled with nitrogen, and not with air, so that corrosion is prevented and the pressure loss is even more limited. Uncoated water connection thread ensures easy and water tight installation.
